The next step is your career objective. An objective describes your goals to the employer. It should be short and to the point, yet fully illustrate your desire and your professionalism. Remember that an employer has many résumés to review, and sometimes all they look at is your objective.

Objective Examples

Summary Examples

SUMMARY
Bachelor degree and an MBA degree in marketing from Northwestern University. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Speak Italian and German. Experienced in all aspects of international marketing research.

SUMMARY
Bachelor degree in financial management. Successfully completed an internship with ABC Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio. Developed communication skills through Toastmasters International. President of Student Government and Professional Business Fraternity.

SUMMARY
